Cool Springs will supply tables, chairs, per our max capacity seating, and garbage cans. Additional gift / food tables may be brought by customer. Cool Springs is not responsible for any food related items or issues. Tablecloths, linens, and other party supplies are customers' responsibilities. Customer is responsible for any damages to space or property and must leave the space clean at end of rental time. All room rental fee(s) must be paid in full prior to event. 5 day cancellation notice is required for any refunds. NO CONFETTI OR THE LIKE ALLOWED.
