We appreciate all of the support we have received from our neighbors, customers, partners, and staff during this unprecedented time in our nation’s history. The decision to close our facility was one of the most difficult we’ve ever had to make, but it is the best one we could make to protect the health and safety of our community. We miss seeing your smiling faces and breaking a sweat with our friends, our family, and our instructors. This distance will make our minds, our bodies, and our hearts stronger than ever before. Until we can be together again, we have taken action to address some of your most pressing questions and concerns. If you have a question regarding programs hosted by one of our partners or one of our retail tenants located at Cool Springs please contact that provider directly. If you have questions regarding or campus policies, Cool Springs programs, or any additional safety concerns please feel free to email us directly to address your concerns as soon as possible.

When do you expect to reopen and resume programming?

As of April 17, 2020, the AHN Sports Complex and The Clubhouse at Cool Springs remain closed for the duration of April. When we chose to close our doors on Sunday, March 15th we did so knowing that it was best for the health and safety of our guests and staff, but without knowledge of exactly how long this closure would last. We have diligently followed the rules and regulations set forth by the State & Federal Government Guidelines regarding Coronavirus Disease, which means that we have, often in real-time, extended our closure beyond our originally forecasted date. We will continue to update this page and send email communications to our customers in real time as we anticipate reopening the facility and programs to the community. We miss you and we cannot wait to serve you again in person in a safe and healthy environment!

I am a fitness member at Cool Springs. Will my membership dues be charged while the facility is closed?

While the facility is mandated to remain closed to the public we will not charge monthly membership dues. This policy will be honored through June 30th at this time. Should the fitness facility at Cool Springs remain closed beyond June 30th, for any unforeseen reason, we will announce our policies in further detail in regards to billing and any contract extensions or alterations. We consider it a privilege to serve each and every one of you and we look forward to returning to our regularly scheduled programming when the government sees fit and we are confident we can do so safely.

Will I be charged for scheduled events, packages, or services that were to occur while the campus or facilities are closed? 

You will not be charged at any point while we are closed if you had an event or birthday party package booked. All scheduled birthday parties and events are cancelled that were scheduled for the period of time we are closed. Don’t worry! Your favorite coach will be here for you when we return to carry forth where we left off. In regards to birthday parties and private events, please contact us at urgent@playcoolsprings.com today to have your questions addressed. We do not know when we are able to re-open the facility to get these special events rebooked. But as soon as we have guidance from the Governor on when that can be, we will reach out to all of the cancelled special events and birthday party bookings directly to get these rescheduled.  

As we do not know when the Governor will lift the current restrictions so we may again host public gatherings we will continue to respond to these events and the postponements in real time based on the guidelines of the state and federal government.

I am registered for a league that was to start in the coming week(s). Has this season been cancelled?

No leagues have been cancelled at this time. We have chosen to postpone the current season and to reengage our athletes in the near future when we are able to reopen and continue with our season and programs. Participants who have registered for our other programs such as Kindersports or Coach Mom & Me and who have paid for a series/package of events will be credited for the future use of those classes. Please contact us directly to discuss these programs and any credits that should be issued. Are Mini Golf, the Driving Range, or Golf Shop (The Clubhouse) open at this time?

While we attempted to maintain normal business hours for the driving range during the beginning of the pandemic, we were mandated to close these services in March. We understand the inconveniences a number of our customers are facing. The lack of active outdoor resources is evident; however, it is in the best interest of the health and safety of all customers and staff to close these facilities at this time. We value all of our loyal golf enthusiasts and we look forward to seeing you swing a club and sink a putt when it supports the social distancing efforts put in place for both our safety and the safety of our healthcare workers serving our community.

I paid in full for my yearly fitness membership. Will you extend my members or refund me at this time?

If you have paid your yearly membership dues in full in advance we will be extending your membership term onto the end of your contract for the duration for which we are closed. You will be guaranteed the time of your membership and no time will be lost due to the circumstances.

What if I want to cancel my fitness membership during this time? 

We will not be processing cancellations or freeze requests while our facilities are closed due to COVID-19. All monthly billing will stop while we are shut down. If you need to contact us during the closure regarding your membership, please email us at urgent@playcoolsprings.com
