At Cool Springs, we know that staying fit and playing hard is important at all ages, which is why we offer programming for all ages and interests. Our SilverSneakers classes are one of our most popular programs during the week. And for good reason! Founded more than 20 years ago, SilverSneakers began with the simple goal of making it easier for seniors to stay active. The program focuses on providing fitness classes designed to be fun, low-impact, and easily adaptable to account for all levels of physical ability and range of motion.

 

If you’ve never been to a SilverSneakers class, we can guarantee it’s the most fun way to stay fit (just look at the video, how can it not be?) and the participants’ loyalty speaks volumes.
