Cool Fitness is Closing May 31, 2017

Thank you for your interest in the Fitness Center at Cool Springs.  Unfortunately, we are no longer taking new members at this time, as we are closing the doors to the Fitness Center on May 31st. We will be replacing the fitness space within the sports complex with Burn Boot Camp, a lifestyle fitness class where you can experience a high energy 45-minute session that is progressively challenging. Burn Boot Camp is schedule to operate on July 1, 2017. You can find more information at


We’re also exploring a brand new campus-wide membership plan that will give members access to the other great features we have to offer here at Cool Springs.  Please stay tuned!

Cool Fitness

Mon – Thurs: 5:30am – 10:00pm

Friday: 5:30am – 9:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Sunday: 7:00am – 5:00pm



Mon – Fri (morning): 8:00am – 12:00pm

Mon – Fri (afternoon): 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Fitness Center Rules

  • Cell phone use is not permitted in the cardiovascular and strength areas. Please use the common area for phone conversations.
  • Coats, gym bags, purses and other large personal items are not permitted in the fitness area.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear (closed toe, closed heel, athletic shoes) shall be worn at all times. All tops must cover the entire torso.
  • Profanity or indecent language and/or behavior will not be tolerated.
  • All members 14-17 years of age are permitted to use weight training equipment after completing an Equipment Training Program with Fitness Center Staff.
  • For the courtesy of others, please use the disinfectant wipes provided to clean all equipment after use.
  • All food and drink is restricted to the common area. (Exceptions are water and sports drinks)
  • Dropping of weights and weight lifting chalk is not permitted.
  • All equipment should be returned to the designated storage area after use.
  • Cool Springs is not responsible for loss of property in the facility.
